Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Shipping Origin

We ship our products from Japan.

Orders are usually processed within 3–7 business days after your order is confirmed.

Processing times may vary depending on the item, order volume, holidays, product condition checks, and packaging requirements.

Many of our items may be vintage, antique, handmade, collectible, or one-of-a-kind, so we carefully check and pack each item before shipment.

3. Shipping Destinations

We ship to selected countries and regions.

Available shipping destinations and shipping rates may vary depending on your delivery address, product type, package size, weight, and shipping carrier.

If your country or region is not available at checkout, we may not currently ship to that destination.

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs may vary depending on the destination country or region, package size, weight, and selected shipping method.

5. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are only estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country or region, shipping carrier, customs processing, local delivery conditions, holidays, weather, and other circumstances outside our control.

We are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

6. Tracking Information

When tracking is available, we will provide tracking information after your order has been shipped.

Please note that tracking updates may take some time to appear after shipment.

7. Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country or region.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated otherwise.

For deliveries to the United States, customs duties and import taxes are collected at checkout (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid).

For deliveries to all other countries, customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and will be collected upon arrival of the shipment (DAP – Delivered At Place). Charges vary by country and are determined by local customs authorities.

We are not responsible for delays, additional charges, or delivery issues caused by customs procedures.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, failure to receive the package, or unpaid customs duties or import fees, any additional shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs fees, or reshipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.

9. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at yorozu2japan@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Clear photos of the outer box

  • Clear photos of the packaging materials

  • Clear photos of the shipping label

Please keep the item, original packaging, packaging materials, and shipping label until the issue is resolved.

We may need this information to evaluate the case and file a claim with the shipping carrier.

10. Lost or Missing Packages

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at yorozu2japan@gmail.com.

We will review the tracking information and may contact the shipping carrier when necessary.

Please note that we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, unless there is clear evidence of an issue that requires further investigation.
